They were terrified. We just parked in a parking lot close to where the fireworks were going to be and leaned against the hood of the car. However, they wanted nothing to do with them. They just clung to me and turned their heads away or burried their faces in my chest. So I didn't see the need to stay and sweat if they weren't having fun. Besides that they were tired and you can see the fireworks from Dave's parents driveway. Which is how we will do it next year.
